Making every build feasible and structurally safe.
Every beautiful spatial idea still has to stand on a correct structure. Phúc owns the part nobody sees but everything depends on: loads, connections, deflection and safety factors for what Chạm AI builds, from event stages and backdrops to LED rigging, display shelving and retail partitions.
The industry habit is to estimate from experience. Phúc's approach is to run the numbers before anything goes up: the real mass of the equipment, the truss span, anchor points and wind load for outdoor builds. A 20 m² LED wall can exceed 500 kg, and a mistake here has no second chance.
This work sits next to the spatial design and events teams, so concept drawings get a feasibility check early instead of failing on site.
Core work
Load assessment
Calculating equipment mass, distributed loads and safety factors for floors, ceilings and rigging points before build.
Truss & rigging systems
Choosing truss type, span and anchor count for LED walls, lighting and stage backdrops.
On-site safety
Structural sign-off before doors open: bolt torque, secondary safeties, wind plan for outdoor events.
Design feasibility
Reviewing concept drawings, flagging what cannot be built and proposing alternatives that keep the look.
