Shaping brand voice: tone, register and verbal personality across every touchpoint.
A brand does not have one voice. It has one personality and many registers: greeting a customer, declining a request, apologising, handling a complaint. Trinh turns that into a usable document rather than four adjectives on a wall.
The deliverable is a guide with sample lines per situation: what to say when an item is out of stock, when a customer calls the price high, when delivery is late, when a request must be refused. With sample lines, new staff and AI Agents both answer without drifting off tone. A complete document usually has 3 parts: personality, vocabulary range and a matrix of 6 situations.
This matters more every year: brands used to be spoken for by people only, now agents answer hundreds of messages a day.
