Quick Q&A - Frequently asked questions

What does this tool check?

TL;DR: Enter one URL and the tool scores 25 checks in two groups: SEO (title, meta description, H1, canonical, internal links, indexability...) and GEO (JSON-LD schema, FAQ, TLDR, statistics, llms.txt, AI-crawler blocking...), returning a 0-100 score per group with a fix for each failed item. It reads static HTML exactly the way AI crawlers do, so the result reflects what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity actually see when they visit your page.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO optimizes for ranking on Google's results page; GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) optimizes for being cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity inside their answers. GEO emphasizes self-contained 100-150-word paragraphs, sourced statistics, schema markup and access for AI crawlers.

What is a good score?

80 or above per group is a solid foundation; below 60 means fundamental issues to fix now (missing meta, blocked AI bots, no schema). A score of 100 does not guarantee rankings - useful content still decides - but it removes the technical barriers.

Are the results perfectly accurate?

The tool reads the page's static HTML the way AI crawlers do, so it reflects what AI sees. Content rendered by JavaScript after load may not be counted - which is exactly a real GEO risk worth knowing about.
